3 Account Security & Responsibility

Members are solely responsible for maintaining the security of their odd96 account. The following rules are mandatory:

• Keep your password strong and never share it with anyone.
• Always log out after each session, especially on shared devices.
• If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, contact odd96 Support immediately.
• Allowing third parties to access or use your account is strictly prohibited.
• Odd96 will not be held liable for account hacking or unauthorized access unless it is clearly proven to result from a technical failure on odd96's part.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

All financial transactions on odd96 are conducted in BDT. The following conditions apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted payment methods: Mobile Banking, Nagad, Rocket, and USDT.
• Odd96 sets the minimum deposit amount and withdrawal limits and reserves the right to change them.
• Deposits are usually instant; however, odd96 is not liable for delays caused by technical issues or payment gateway problems.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5–30 minutes.
• Large withdrawal requests may be held pending completion of account verification (KYC).
• In cases of money laundering or suspicious transactions, odd96 is required to notify the relevant investigating authorities.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Odd96 offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. Before claiming any offer, please note the following conditions:

• Each bonus has its own Wagering Requirement applies, and the bonus cannot be withdrawn until it is met.
• The welcome bonus is available to each new member once only.
• Claiming bonuses multiple times from the same household, device, or IP address is not permitted.
• Bonuses that are not used within the specified period will expire automatically.
• Odd96 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus.
• If bonus abuse is detected, all bonuses and winnings associated with the account will be forfeited.

6 Gaming Rules & Fairness

All games on odd96 are powered by RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, ensuring every round is completely unbiased. The following rules apply to gaming:

• If a technical issue occurs during gameplay, odd96 will resolve it based on system logs.
• If you have any concerns about the outcome of a game, please contact Support within 24 hours.
• If a game is interrupted due to server downtime or disconnection, odd96 will settle it in accordance with the applicable policy.
• Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes will result in account termination.
• Odd96 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or modify any game.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the odd96 platform:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Abusing the bonus system, such as bonus hunting or arbitrage betting.
• Registering with a fake identity or false payment information.
• Attempting to introduce hacking tools, viruses, or malware into the odd96 system.
• Harassing, intimidating, or threatening other members.
• Using odd96's intellectual property without authorization.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal activity.

8 Responsible Gaming

Odd96 believes gaming should be a source of entertainment, not financial or emotional stress. That is why responsible gaming is our top priority.

• Members can, within their own account, Daily / Weekly Deposit Limit can be set.
• Any member may temporarily suspend their account for a set period via Self-Exclusion.

• Members may close their account at any time — please contact support.
• Odd96 reserves the right to terminate any account for rule violations without prior notice.
• Upon account termination, legitimate funds will be returned, except in cases involving prohibited activities.
